About Me:

 

I was born and raised in New Orleans and recently moved to the Tampa Bay area.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana. My passion is helping young people build the skills and confidence they need to feel successful as they navigate life's challenges, while supporting families throughout the process.

I spent 14 years working as a school counselor in both public and independent schools. During that time, I had the privilege of supporting students across all grade levels, helping them work through academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of both adolescent development and the unique needs of students and their families.
